1. Shipping Time: We understand that waiting for your purchase can be frustrating, which is why we make every effort to ship your artwork as quickly as possible. The artwork takes around 2-3 business days to print and assemble before shipping. Once your product is ready, we will send you the tracking number by email and keep you posted on the shipment progress. Please allow 1-5 business days after the product is shipped (depending on your location) for your package to arrive.
2. Shipping Provider: We ship from our Florida facility through UPS and USPS. You can rest assured that your package will arrive safely and on time.
3. Holiday Shipping: Shipping and assembly might take a little longer due to the holidays but we are working hard to have all our orders fulfilled as soon as we can!
4. International Customers: We welcome international customers! However, please note that customers outside of the USA are responsible for paying customs duties/taxes/VAT to their individual governments when the product arrives at their destination country.
